Building an IB Mindset: The IB Learner Profile and the Path to the IB DP and CP
Wednesday November 20, 2024 1:00pm - 1:50pm EST
Designed for 9th and 10th-grade teachers (with a warm welcome to all), this workshop will explore simple, practical ways to weave the IB Learner Profile into the classroom.  Teachers will gain strategies to foster international-mindedness and empower students to access the IB Programmes, whether or not they teach an "IB" course.  We'll discuss how every class plays an important role in preparing students for success in the IB Programmes and how teachers can seamlessly connect their coursework to the larger picture of an IB education, supporting students' growth through all four years of high school.
